Based in Vienna, Arcadia Live GmbH is a German-Austrian joint venture whose shareholders include the FKP Scorpio Group, Four Artists Booking Agentur GmbH, Chimperator Live GmbH and KKT GmbH. In addition to promoting around 300 concerts of all sizes each year across Vienna and almost every Austrian federal state – from intimate club shows to events at the Wiener Stadthalle, the country's largest indoor venue, and concerts at Ernst Happel Stadium – Arcadia Live has also been responsible for the music programme at METAStadt Wien, a newly developed open-air venue on a carefully restored historic industrial site, since its inaugural season in 2019.

The company also organizes the winter opening festival GASTEIN SOUNDS in Bad Hofgastein and the PRATER SOUNDS concert series at the Spiegelpalast in Vienna's Prater. From 2023 to 2025, Arcadia Live also promoted LIDO SOUNDS presented by Gasteiner in Linz.

Arcadia Live represents contemporary music in all its diversity. Its concert and touring portfolio includes numerous national artists and Austrian bands such as Wanda, My Ugly Clementine, Soap&Skin, Salò, Anda Morts, and many others, alongside international acts including Die Toten Hosen, Peter Fox, Cro, The Smile, Air, Khruangbin, Jungle, Idles, James Blunt, Kraftklub, Montez, Jeremias, Giant Rooks, Beatsteaks, Juju, Einstürzende Neubauten, Ikkimel, Grossstadtgeflüster, and many more.
